Pricing
The Final Invoice and our pricing method are based on actual works carried out and not necessarily actual square footage, therefore quantities may be increased or decreased depending on the actual materials and labor used.

Payment
For all roofing installation jobs: RML require 100% deposit for materials, 60% for Labor and the balance due on completion of the contract.

Validity
Our quotation shall remain valid for a period of thirty days (30 days) from the date of quotation.

Order Cancellations and Refunds
Once the deposit is made and materials are produced as per the custom specifications outlined in the quotation, the client becomes fully responsible for the material contract value. However, if the material is not produced the client may cancel the job and be refunded their deposit.

Delivery
The client is required to sign RML delivery note for receiving the specified quantity of material in good condition and are in accordance with the contract order.

Warranties
All our Materials and Installation jobs carry their own respective warranty and guarantee, which range from 1 to 50 years from the date of purchase. Depending on the material selection and the nature of the job, contracts department will issue the appropriate warranty.
