Concrete WaterProofing

Roofman installs a quality EPDM membrane which is a 100% cured single-ply roofing membrane made of a Ethylene-Proylene-Diene Terpolymer.

Depending on the nature of the job and the screed/ concrete is prepared or cleaned to accept an asphalt based primer followed by the membrane rolls  which are torched applied. The heat bonds the membrane to the concrete providing a protective layer between the elements and the concrete and thus preventing water seepage. The Membrane also has a granule ceramic overcoat giving the membrane added protection against heat and UV rays. It can be applied in single, double and triple layer depending on the customer requirements.
