Roofman’s main goal is to provide our customers with the best available product that fits into their budget while ensuring the integrity of a watertight roof and drainage system.

We visit our customers at no charge and conduct a detail roof analysis, determining what the client wants, needs and what is also required. We would explain our products carefully and advise and guide the customer in selecting the best suited option and ensure that the customer does not spend more than they have too.

Roofman will again meet with the client and present a formal quotation within 24 hours of the visit and explain and answer any questions and or modify the proposal based upon the customer feedback.

Once the proposal, terms and conditions are signed off and the deposit is received, RML, will conduct a contract review to accurately verify and reconfirm measurements, specifications and agree on the scope of works, storage, utilities and security.

At the end of the review the materials are procured and installers are assigned to the job to commence within 12 days.

Upon commencement, our supervisors will ensure the job is being carried out to the highest quality standards while keeping the client appraised each step of the way.

Upon completion, our supervisor will inspect and walk through with the client and ensure complete satisfaction of the works and if there are any concerns or issues, we are committed to rectifying such immediately. The job is then sign off and the site cleared, leaving the customer happy and delighted they choose ROOFMAN Ltd.
